Privacy Policy

SANION Co., Ltd. ("the Company") protects the personal data of visitors to sanion.com in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea. This policy explains what we collect, why, and for how long.

1. Data we collect and how

  • Contact form: name, company, phone, email, subject and message, optional attachment. Entered and submitted by you.
  • Job applications: CV and other material you send us by email. Used only for recruitment.
  • Automatically: access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of access) are recorded by our hosting provider for security and statistics. We do not use cookies to identify individuals.

2. Purposes

  • Reviewing and replying to enquiries; keeping a record of the consultation
  • Running recruitment and informing applicants of results
  • Stable operation of the website, blocking abusive access, visitor statistics

3. Retention

  • Enquiries: kept for 3 months after the consultation is closed, then deleted.
  • Job applications: kept for 3 months after the recruitment process ends, then deleted; deleted immediately on request.
  • Access logs: 3 months.
  • Where another law requires a longer period, we keep the data for that period.

4. Disclosure to third parties

We do not disclose personal data to third parties, except where required by law or with your separate consent.

5. Processors

  • Website hosting and security (access logs): Cloudflare, Inc.
  • Email and document storage: Microsoft (Microsoft 365)

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal data at any time by contacting the data protection officer below. We act without undue delay.

7. Deletion

Data is deleted without delay once the retention period ends or the purpose is fulfilled. Electronic files are erased irrecoverably; paper records are shredded.

8. Security measures

  • Designated, minimal staff with access; regular training
  • Access control, encryption in transit (HTTPS), retention of access logs
  • Blocking of automated bulk access; anti-spam measures on the contact form

10. Changes

This policy applies from 10 September 2026. Changes are announced on the website 7 days before they take effect.
